Original Character & Sets - Elizabeth

I love American History and am passionate about creating historical fiction stories that are engaging, relatable, and enlightening. This is my original main character, Elizabeth. She comes from a wealthy family in England. Her parents send her to her uncle's farm in the colony of Virginia to learn about his trade and learn some humility and gratitude. Little do they know that during her two month voyage across the ocean, the skirmishes of 1775 have turned into a full blown revolution in the colonies. Elizabeth changes from a stuck up, stiff girl from London to a hard-working, fun-loving young lady. Throughout her endeavors in Virginia she finds love, learns empathy, and comes to understand the colonies’ grievances through first-hand experience.
